Terms of ServiceKeep in mind that all orders must be paid in full before shipping is completed. If your credit card is declined through PayPal, it will cause your order to be canceled.
I do not accept wholesale or custom orders at this time.
Shipping: I process the order in 1-3 business days, then ship via USPS to US destinations. I do not accept third-party shipment requests. Postal rates are dependent on the destination. I use First Class mail or Parcel Post because they enable me to charge reasonable rates for shipping. Orders to US destinations should arrive in 5-9 business days, depending on the destination. There is no tracking.
I do not assume responsibility for lost or damaged packages, as that is beyond my control. I inspect each item prior to shipment, and will notify you once your order is shipped. If you do not receive your package in the time estimated, you should contact USPS to arrange a claim. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed, as several things may occur to delay delivery such as weather conditions, sorting delays and also porch theft.
Refunds: If you are not satisfied with an item you ordered, you must notify me and send it back within 14 business days. I do not issue refunds without a return. The cost to ship it back is yours. When I receive the item back I will refund the order. After 15 business days have passed without a return, I consider the transaction final.
Please do not request a refund through PayPal, as that can take weeks to process. PayPal has changed its operating procedure so that refunds are no longer automatic, and they can hold the funds for a long time before releasing them. I suggest you allow me to arrange the refund on my end, which is faster and more convenient to you.
